It's that time of year....THE FAIR

We took the boys to the Tulsa State Fair this year. Swore I would never let my kids ride "those" rides. Well guess what, they did and we did and it was fun! I forgot my camera so these are a few from our phones. The boys even rode the BIG roller coaster. I couldn't believe it! Max said "That was not fun at all". Noah "I laughed the whole time". It was a great day! Thanks Nonni and Grampa for going with us

Riding the bumble bee ride

Max eating a pizza on a stick....among other things - Cotton Candy, Corn Dog, Lemonade, Funnel Cake, Cinnamon Roll, another Corn Dog....really? yes really!

I won the water squirt game. Max selected "The big fat cow". While waiting to ride a ride I waved at Max and he yelled at me "Hi big fat pig!" Thank God I wasn't eating a funnel cake or something b/c I was a little insulted he called me a big fat pig!

Okay so this little kiddie ride about made me sick. It is like the tilt-a-whirl but really only spins you once. It's for the little kids. Wow I can't go in circles anymore.

I didn't notice all the skeletons and zombies on the outside of this ride until it was too late. Well other than being loud and dark Noah loved it. I was really surprised at how many "big" rides the boys could ride with an adult.
Noah's last choice. Trampoline bungee. He kept trying to do flips...so cute

Max loves his Big Fat Cow

I got a ticket to ride.....

We broke down and got Max a new bike. It so nice now going on a walk every evening and both boys have a bike to ride. He needs a little more practice but he's getting it. Makes me a nervous wreck though because Noah is way ahead of us and can't hear a word we are saying b/c his training wheels are so loud. Oh well I need to run, get a little more exercise in....ride away Noah, ride away

I realize letting him ride his big boy bike for the first time probably shouldn't have been in the dark

He was so proud! Woody and Buzz bike

We always go visit the neighbors cat. Noah named him Bob, Bob the Builder

Hot diggity dog

A new baby in the house

A few weeks ago the boys and I got to watch Baby Lola. Man they loved her and she loved them. It was great having a little baby in the house, especially a little girl. But I am glad I only have 2 - she is a perfect little angel and happy but 3 is hard work.

Lola was as happy as a clam with her two boyfriends by her side. They were watchin Baby Noah

All smiles

They were singing songs to her

Photo op....really Noah?

Aww that's better

Sweet kisses. Looks like she's crying but she sneezed the exact time Noah was kissing her....scared him to death

It's time for her to visit the doctor. Dr. Noah said she did great

Nothing in her ears or brain

Noahism: Turning 5

On the way home from school Noah and I had the following conversation:

Noah: Mommy I'm scared to turn 5.
Me: Why are you scared
Noah: I don't know I just think it will be scary. I don't want to turn 5
Me: Why don't you want to turn 5
Noah: Well, I just really like being 4
Me: Noah 5 is the same as 4, you are just one year older. I know it's hard...I'm turning 37.
Noah: Okay mommy I won't be scared

a few seconds pass and Noah emphatically says:

Okay, but when I turn 10 you're taking me to China!
