Pizza it is

Noah learned a new recipe at school so he made us lunch....English Muffin Pizza's. Delish. Although I got in trouble because it was supposed to only be 3 ingredients - muffin, sauce and cheese. I added pepperoni to mine and he got a little annoyed with me. That's his new word - "annoying"

Red Maple for an Angel

Sweet Nathan a boy with SMA Type 1 (spinal muscular atrophy) earned his angel wings on April 28, 2010, he was 6. His parents are truly amazing people who did anything and everything for Nathan. I'm sorry I never got to meet Nathan but my friend, Shannon and I wanted to do something for the family so we decided to raise money to plant a tree in his name through Up with Trees of Tulsa. We chose a red maple because Nathan had a great head of red hair. We also chose Hunter Park since it is close to where our friends live. As we walked down to the park, Jennifer was saying that they used to take Nathan to the pond, we then notice all the trees ready for planting, Nathan's tree was going to be planted directly across from the pond. The morning couldn't have been more perfect for this wonderful family who lost a very special little boy. My thoughts are with them always.
Nate's tree just after planting....It was a gorgeous morning with the sun shining directly on us

I love fall and the pumpkin patch

We have gone to the Carmichael Pumpkin Patch since Noah was a year old. Love it, love it, love it. It's a great family outing on a beautiful day in the fall!

Noah was lucky enough to be the only boy invited from his pre-k class to Deidra's birthday party. It was so cute watching the girls and Noah interact with each other.

It's that time of year....THE FAIR

We took the boys to the Tulsa State Fair this year. Swore I would never let my kids ride "those" rides. Well guess what, they did and we did and it was fun! I forgot my camera so these are a few from our phones. The boys even rode the BIG roller coaster. I couldn't believe it! Max said "That was not fun at all". Noah "I laughed the whole time". It was a great day! Thanks Nonni and Grampa for going with us

Riding the bumble bee ride

Max eating a pizza on a stick....among other things - Cotton Candy, Corn Dog, Lemonade, Funnel Cake, Cinnamon Roll, another Corn Dog....really? yes really!

I won the water squirt game. Max selected "The big fat cow". While waiting to ride a ride I waved at Max and he yelled at me "Hi big fat pig!" Thank God I wasn't eating a funnel cake or something b/c I was a little insulted he called me a big fat pig!

Okay so this little kiddie ride about made me sick. It is like the tilt-a-whirl but really only spins you once. It's for the little kids. Wow I can't go in circles anymore.

I didn't notice all the skeletons and zombies on the outside of this ride until it was too late. Well other than being loud and dark Noah loved it. I was really surprised at how many "big" rides the boys could ride with an adult.
Noah's last choice. Trampoline bungee. He kept trying to do flips...so cute

Max loves his Big Fat Cow

I got a ticket to ride.....

We broke down and got Max a new bike. It so nice now going on a walk every evening and both boys have a bike to ride. He needs a little more practice but he's getting it. Makes me a nervous wreck though because Noah is way ahead of us and can't hear a word we are saying b/c his training wheels are so loud. Oh well I need to run, get a little more exercise in....ride away Noah, ride away

I realize letting him ride his big boy bike for the first time probably shouldn't have been in the dark

He was so proud! Woody and Buzz bike

We always go visit the neighbors cat. Noah named him Bob, Bob the Builder

Hot diggity dog

Enough Said........
