Milestone Moment Max

I'm not ready for this - we can't afford another poopy party just yet. Max decided to go pee pee on the potty once and only once. He hasn't had the patience to wait for it again

Storytime I & II by Noah Alden (age 3 1/2)

Dog days of Summer

It has been hot here. Lots of playing outside in the slip n slide and sprinkler. We finished swim lessons and just having fun around here.

Stamp art - they loved it

Poopy Party 2009

Noah is finally 97% potty trained. We still have pull ups at night but for the most part he is good to go!!! Yeah. We told him he could have a poopy party if he started going on the potty. A party with invitations, balloons and all his friends.....So that's what we did. It was a lot of fun and all the parents were great at humoring Noah and our family for this crazy idea.

The party.....it was great fun!

Gotta love Rush

This video speaks for itself. What can I say? The kid loves to dance!

Swim lessons

Swim lessons are going okay. We finished our first week. Max started out great and won't participate now because we dunked him a few times. He will float and jump off the side. Noah has gotten better as the week has gone on although he refuses to jump in without help. Noah is in a class by himself and I am in a class with Max.

Video of Noah pretending to do what she is asking. I love the end of the video - "I did it"

Max: I still don't really want Noah in the picture out doing me

Max: Whatcha doing Noah? Can I give you a smooch

Noah: I am going to shoot you with these cannons

Noah: Sorry Maxi

Okay we'll be nice

Max: Now I karate chop you

Easy like Sunday Morning

Jason and the boys made breakfast burritos. Mine was delicious...Jason didn't get to eat his. While the kids were fighting, screaming, yelling, etc and I was trying to break up the chaos Jason bit the inside of his mouth which ruined his enjoyable meal. Thanks babe for making me a wonderful breakfast.

I love Cotton Candy

Noah got to go to a birthday party today. Maxi was home with the sickies - I think Max hates birthday parties?! Everytime we are invited he comes down sick with something......

YUM!
Noah was asking Houston if he could ride his tractor
They had a giant water slide.
to many kids for Noah to fully enjoy. He's my little observer

Riverwalk Music

We went and ate dinner with the Miller's and then went to listen to some music. Great night!

Sea turtle fun

All turtles are sea turtles (in Noah's world). Jason found a "sea" turtle while mowing. We've had him 2 days now. Turtles are very dirty.

A Bird, A Plane?

According to Max a goggy? I said "Doggy?" he said no a goggy. whatever that means? But looks pretty cool whatever it is

Grape Snowcones are the best

Max the pirate (I love how he wears the hat)

Outdoor fun - the boys got to play in the sprinkler this weekend. It was fun. I am so glad it is summertime so we can spend as much time as possible outdoors!

Naked as a jay bird

Mr Modest Noah

Just enough water hit the slide to make it fun and slippery! Probably not safe seeing how Max flew off the end but Noah enjoyed it. Sorry i don't have video to show Max flying off it was quite comical and NO he didn't get hurt. Although, he was to scared to go again.
